3 IFRS Share-based Payment As a part of Interna3onal Financial Repor3ng Standards (IFRS), IFRS Share-based Payment is a issued by the Interna3onal Accoun3ng Standards Board (IASB). The standard requires that the share-based payments are recognized as an expense under IFRS and became ac3ve as of January 1, IFRS Report Our IFRS applica3on assists companies which implement for instance Employee Share Purchase Plans (ESPPs) and/ or Employee Stock Op3on Plans (ESOPs) with modeling and tracking the expenses incurred by these par3cipa3on plans. The applica3on allows periodical calcula3on and recalcula3on of expenses for mul3ple plans, taking into account various assump3ons as well as genera3ng reports. Full logic of calcula3ons will be visible. Reports are online, downloadable and available 24/7 IFRS2 Module The module automa3cally calculates costs alloca3ons regarding different types of plans. Repor3ng can be chosen on cash as well as equity based plan calcula3ons. Levels of repor3ng can be defined, like Corporate level Subsidiaries HR departments Divisions Loca3ons Cost Centers Employees movements Calcula3ons concerning employees movements (Countries, Cost centers, Employments etc.) are taken into account.

4 Repor3ng A large number of reports are standard available. Reports can be presented online and/ or exported. Report Designer Almost all of reports can be amended in the internal Report Designer. Updated records will be 3me stamped and stored for an unlimited 3me. Data stored in the database can be reproduced into reports. New reports can be designed online. Autorisa3on Reports created can be authorised to different users. Reports can also be scheduled for automated sending on Authorisa3on Module top3on s Autorisa3on Module enables to provide tailored/ restricted access to an unlimited number of various stakeholders. Rights and roles for the users of the plaform can be created. Par3cipants/employees can be divided into an unlimited number of groups, which can be linked to the back office users. Back office users can only manage par3cipant data of their linked group.. Addi3onal, the Compliance Officer can create Compliance Groups with different rules and profiles
