The constructs that support this central area of interest include power, empowerment, and relationship, viewed through the institutional narratives of coordinating and aesthetics and the individual narratives of freedom and fear that can help imbue performativity and effectiveness in organizations and their members. Methodologies include qualitative research, such as field research, and mixed-methods.
