THE CONTINUUM Leading Leaders Who Lead Leaders Leadership Training S e r i e s The Continuum is a leadership training series we have put together to impart leadership skills at every level of any establishment and anyone at any level, while providing the trainee with skills and tools to improve their skills, achieve success in all they do and raise leaders around them.

ORBRA LEADERSHIP CONTINUUM YOU AS A LEADER THE LEADERS YOU LEAD THE LEADERS THEY LEAD The best thing that can happen to a leader is to lead people who have leadership mindsets. A good leader is burdened with the task of building his team into leaders. They do not have to be leaders to be on the team but being on the team should help them develop a leadership mindset. Leading Leaders makes the work extremely easy, fast and creates a cycle of excellence!

True Leaders Don t Create Followers, They Create More Leaders. TOM PETERS Lead Leaders

HY? BIG The QUESTION ARE LEADERS BORN OR MADE? This is a old, controversial debate but here is our view: Some people are born with traits that make them better suited for leadership, but anyone can be groomed or can learn to be a leader. Even those who are born with these traits require adequate training and practice to maximize their potential and be Excellent and Innovative leaders.

LEADING UPWARDS Superiors LEADING SIDEWAYS Colleagues/Peers LEADING SELF LEADING SIDEWAYS Colleagues/Peers LEADING DOWNWARDS Subordinates We can t all lead, some people have to be followers right? Actually, we all have to play leadership and follower-ship roles at various times and in various contexts. Followers who are exceptional get promoted, especially those who help their superiors become better leader and achieve their goals faster. If anyone becomes exceptional at any level, the next level awaits them. Being exceptional starts with Leading Self. Exceptional followers help their superiors get better and achieve greater results. Even follower-ship requires leadership skills. Leadership and Follower-ship are required at every level and every capacity. It ensures faster growth of both individuals and organizations, imagine the security guard, the cleaner, the office assistant being leaders. How fast will that organization grow?

HAT? What are we doing here? We don t just want to train leaders No! We want to build leaders who will lead processes and people with Excellence and Innovation in order to achieve a purpose. Most importantly, we want to equip them with skills and tools to constantly improve their leadership capacity, those around them and their team mates.

DONE?HY? HOW DO WE GET IT We have identified the key traits and skills required to lead and develop leaders in the 21st century. Our Unconventional leadership Curriculum (The Continuum) teaches these traits and skills with a practical and unconventional approach. Ultimately, we want to change the way people think and do. They will think innovation, they will think excellence, they will think teamwork, they will think leadership. Oh! They will THINK and they way people think guides their actions

Your organization; The SUCCESSFUL ORGANIZATION Generally, a successful organization is one which constantly achieves its goals (milestones) within a set/dynamic timeframe in pursuit of achieving The Purpose for which it was setup. PLEASE NOTE: SUCCESS IS RELATIVE. At the end, we want to set a pace in your organization for you to become an even more successful organization both internally and externally. We will ensure that everyone on your team has a leadership mindset in all they do. To do everything with innovation and excellence.

ELEM ENTS Every great organization has a Purpose; A vision they are working to achieve, a mission and a set of values to guide them to it. The Purpose determines The Processes which must run in the organization. The Processes determine what competencies the people must possess. The processes also determine the ease of achieving the purpose. The People determine how fast and efficient the processes run which translates to how fast the vision is achieved. Any organization that masters these 3 elements will inevitably become successful over a short while and sustain the success culture over a long while. WE WILL HELP YOU AND YOUR TEAM MASTER THE ELEMENTS! The People The Purpose The SUCCESSFUL Organization THE ELEMENTS The Processes

ELEM ENTS The VALUES The VISION THE PURPOSE The MISSION The Vision is like the upper landing of a flight of stairs. The Mission is the steps. The Values are like railings on the stairs. THE ELEMENTS BREAKDOWN DO THINK THE PEOPLE How they Think. How They Behave and How they Do their Job. BEHAVE HOW WHO THE PROCESSES WHAT Who does What? How do they do it? Who do they report to or work with? What happens if it s (not) done properly or at all.
