12 9. QHSE MANAGEMENT QUALITY HYGIENE & SAFETY ENVIRONMENT Integrated excellence management system allowing continuous improvement with the objective of our customer s satisfaction. Strict controls from the preparation of meals to the service. Samples of each dish taken and kept. "Tracking system" offers digital terminals at the entrance of restaurants to measure our customers satisfaction, our operational performance and identify areas for improvement. HSE Managers ensures the proper execution of all HSE programs and oversees daily HSE trainings. Food Safety Near than 40 million meals are served every year on all our sites in strict compliance with international food safety standards. Occupational safety Each new employee receives safety training during work hours and information to raise awareness about the risks associated with his or her functions. In Mauritania and Mongolia, CIS subsidiaries have created their own training centre to develop team awareness about compliance with QHSE standards. Nutritional programs: specifically designed to meet daily calorie requirements. is designed out of a concern to provide residents with a balanced diet. On certain operating sites, residents benefit from personalised guidance from a Group nutritionist and a sports coach. Food waste sorting & recycling through composting. Waste are destroyed and reused. Reusing cooking oils Paper dematerialisation Dematerialisation of QHSE controls on electronic tablets (QHSE data archiving solutions: temperature control, health, etc.) to insure optimal quality monitoring and easy reporting (ONE Track). 12

The professio- nalism of CIS allowed it to be the only supplier selected in the mining BU. CHEVRON UPSTREAM BRAZIL CONTRACTOR HSE RECOGNITION CIS Brasil received for the 4th consecutive year the silver medal rewarding the best suppliers of its client CHEVRON in the field of QHSE. CONTRACTOR SAFETY AWARD 2016 BY EXXONMOBIL CIS Chad received the «Contractor Safety Award 2016» by its client EEPCI (ExxonMobil) for its performances regarding safety. 14
