The incumbent should have prescribed post qualification professional experience in a large manufacturing engineering industry in the areas of Manufacturing/ Production/ Production, Planning and ontrol and also cheduling the production orders and to determine production priorities by studying the Master Production chedule/ Monitoring Production by collecting production logs; comparing progress to schedule and prepare required parts list/ o-ordinate with Purchase, 3

4 Manufacturing hops, Methods Planning and store to ensure in time availability of both manufacturing and bought out materials for production. II. HUMAN REOURE a) Dy. The incumbent should have prescribed post qualification professional experience in working in an industry preferably engineering industries in the areas of Human Relations/ Industrial Relations, ompliance of statutory requirements including contract labour matters,implementation of HR Policies, Manpower Planning, Performance Management ystem, Training & Development, Welfare, Administration etc. III. MATERIAL MANAGEMENT a) Dy. /Asst. The incumbent should have prescribed post qualification professional experience in any engineering industry in the areas of Material Management functions such as purchase, stores, vendor development etc. The candidate should be capable of formulating policies and procedures in Materials Management functions. The candidate should preferably be conversant with ERP (AP) based procurement tools like M, RM etc. and also the candidate should preferably be familiar with V guidelines of Public ectors/ Govt. organizations. IV. MARKETING (ALE / ERVIE/ PARE) a) Dy. /Asst. The incumbent should be an excellent communicator & Team builder and should have relevant prescribed post qualification professional experience in : Marketing activities of a Medium/ Large Engineering ompany Installation, erection, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of machineries preferably Heavy Earthmoving Equipments in a Heavy Engineering/ Automobile Industry. hould have worked independently to handle the equipments problem in a large Engineering/ Automobile Industry. V. FINANE: a) Asst. The incumbent should have prescribed post qualification professional experience preferably in any large Engineering Industry in the areas of Treasury Management, consolidation & finalization of Accounts/ Internal Audit / osting & Budgeting/ Pricing / Management of Receivables & Inventory/ Payroll, Provident Funds, Time Office functions etc. VI. QUALITY: a) Asst. The incumbent should have prescribed post qualification professional experience preferably in any large Engineering Industry in the areas of Quality Assurance related functions. The candidate shall be responsible for the quality of products & services both directly to the ultimate customer and internally between the departments and guiding the Unit heads in proper implementation of quality ystems. 4

5 Adopting TQM Philosophy, ensuring product standards at all stages and completion, monitoring, evaluating and continuously improving the overall quality performance. VII. LEGAL: a) Dy. The incumbent should have the prescribed post qualification professional experience preferably in public/ private sector companies/ banks in the following areas : ivil, riminal, Mercantile, ales Tax, Arbitration and Labour Laws Practice and procedure in ivil/ Labour ourts, Tribunals, Arbitration, Proceedings, execution of decrees/ awards and submission of pleadings etc. Drafting plaints, written statements, affidavits and various types of petitions to be filed in the court Drafting and scrutiny of various documents such as agreements on collaboration, export, service and security bonds, guarantee bonds and sale deeds etc. VIII. PUBLI RELATION: a) Dy. The incumbent should have prescribed post qualification professional experience preferably in any large industry both Public ector/ Private ector ompany in the areas of : reation of goodwill with customers, public and media Developing public image of the ompany through Press / TV / AIR and other mass medias Organizing exhibitions, trade fairs and products, audio visual films etc. apable of editing house journal / pamphlets dealing with activities in the field of R&D, Financial performance etc., apable of developing and maintaining good relations with other agencies including Government / Trade Associations apable of coordinating the function in consonance with the ompany s objectives, policies etc. IX. RAJBHAHA: a) Asst. The incumbent should have prescribed post qualification professional experience in OL matters and shall be responsible for ensuring compliance with the provisions of the Official Languages Act and the rules including translation from English to Hindi or vice- versa preferably of technical, contractual documents/ literature etc b) Asst. 6 c) Office Trainee: The incumbent should have prescribed post qualification experience and shall be responsible for translation from English to Hindi or vice- versa. Preference will be given to candidates knowing bilingual typing (English and Hindi) and having omputer knowledge. They will be paid a consolidated stipend of Rs. 6000/-PM during the first year and Rs.7000/-PM during the second year of contract period. GENERAL ONDITION : Only Indian Nationals may apply. Age, Qualification & Experience stipulated above should be as on The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for /T & 3 years for OB categoriesin line with Government guidelines. The upper age limit can be further relaxed subject to equivalent years of excess post qualification experience prescribed. However, the maximum age with relaxation shall not exceed 55 years. /T candidates are required to submit /T aste ertificate in the format as applicable for appointment to posts under Government of India. OB candidates** are required to submit Other Backward lass ertificate ('Non-reamy Layer'*) (ertificate should be in the format as applicable for appointment to posts under Government of India). OB candidates are also required to furnish a self-undertaking that they belong to OB (Non-reamy Layer) by filling and signing the self-undertaking in the format provided along with the application format.
