1 Enrollment Session Checklist Use the Enrollment module on the support site to complete these steps before your live session. Allow yourself 2-3 hours to complete all of these prep steps. Section 1: Complete the following BEFORE your live session: Watch the Enrollment Session video on the support site BEFORE proceeding. Complete the Business Model/Duplication Presentation training. Complete My Business Vision & a scan or pic to your Sponsor & entire Upline team. Create Gmail account & share calendar with sponsor (NO Herbalife in name!) Register at MyHerbalife.com using new Gmail address. Purchase a Mini Herbalife Member Pack (Mini HMP). Use sponsor info on Welcome checklist. Go to Facebook and Friend Request Richard Freedom. Create a TheMemberSupportSite.com account (Use Gmail for username). Subscribe to DMN - Daily Mentoring Network Podcast. Install apps: WhatsApp (smartphone) & Zoom (smartphone & computer). Confirm that your Sponsor has added you to the team Facebook group pages. Modify your social media pages appropriately as needed. (DO NOT mention your business on social media until after we train you! DO NOT make posts)! If you haven t yet, arrange to start your personal product program, committing to ideal results. Read the Training Programs Advisory and choose your training program. Add these important events to your google calendar & arrange to attend: Freedom Path Event Other: BLAST Events Other: If choosing program A/B, load your MyHerbalife.com shopping cart with your planned order items & hold for mentor review. (See Suggested Startup Inventories ). Section 2: Complete DURING your live Enrollment Session with your Mentor: Discuss your Product Use and Results. Review your progress on all steps on this checklist. Discuss your answers to the My Business Vision worksheet. Confirm receipt of the Important Contact Information from sponsor. If you have chosen Training Program C: DO NOT CONTINUE WITH THIS CHECKLIST! Go to the Program C Checklist. If you have chosen Program A/B continue here. Finalize your inventory to place order immediately following this session. Schedule a live Getting Started session allowing 2-3 hrs. prep time. 4 Training Programs Advisory We provide two different training programs for new business members to choose from: 1) The A/B Program 2) The C Program The programs differ in the tools that are utilized in growing a business; therefore each program has a different curriculum and training structure accordingly. A description of each program follows. The A/B Training Program Prerequisite: Inventory of Trial Packs & Herbalife Products (See A Pack & B Pack on Startup Training Options document)* Tools of Focus: Trial Packs, Herbalife Product inventory, Retailing & Recruiting websites Overview: Comprehensive step by step course teaching how to use the Tools of Focus to build an Herbalife business. Participants will learn tested and proven methods for using the tools to acquire clients and business members and will be led to follow the training program with the same approach that a good student in any other reputable training course would follow the teaching as it is laid out. Skills Taught: Conducting Profiles, Trial Pack Prospecting Process, Presenting Products, Social Media Marketing, Client Care, Business Member Recruitment, Marketing Organization Development and Training. Program Format: Practice Profile Mentoring program, 6 Business Building Mini-Courses (1-2 Hour Start-up Training sessions), Show Me sessions program (Ongoing Personalized Mentoring sessions), Online Training Modules, Team Video Conference Training program, Access to team training events. The C Training Program Prerequisite: None (See Startup Training Options document)* Tools of Focus: Retailing website Overview: Self-pace, low structure training system for those who choose to start without the use of the Trial Packs or an Herbalife product inventory (Since those tools are not being utilized, training on using those tools is not emphasized). Participants receive access to training and learning resources designed for self-study and customization based upon personal preference. Skills Taught: Presenting Products, Growing a Consumer Group & Client Care, (Online library of other topics to access at will). Program Format: Online library of open-ended training materials, Team Video Training program, Access to team training events. * Non-members must also purchase an Herbalife Member Pack (Mini-HMP).
