Sharing outcomes means: Sharing definitions, outcomes, and systems; Recognizing the depth of each partner s contributions and valuing the uniqueness of each partner; Promoting each agency s programs; Working to understand each agency s systems; Knowing each partner s contribution to the outcome; and Respecting each agency s established relationships with businesses. 5

The Effectiveness in Serving Employers indicator will be reported annually for all WIOA core programs. In addition: The outcomes will be shared by all WIOA core programs because it is a shared indicator covering all core programs. Reported outcomes for this indicator will be by State, rather than by program. There is no reporting distinction made for title I programs for this indicator. 16
