1 Book Sheet The book is divided into 5 climbs. Each of those climbs has 6 chapters. yourself for each chapter on a scale of 0-10 (1 = terrible and 10 = perfect) Total maximum score for each climb is 60. If you score less than 9 on any leadability, you should do the work on fixing that score before you continue on. When climbing a mountain you cannot get close to the summit and then go back to fix the flaws. Leadabilty is no different, you need to fix the flaws as you go or they will cause you problems at a later stage.
