10 Prospective Franchisee Training Program McDonald s Prospective Franchisee training program is very demanding (majority of candidates manage a career or business during training) A full time candidate can generally complete the program in 9 to 18 months A part time candidate training 20 hours a week, will generally complete the program in 18 to 24 months Completion based on demonstrated competencies - not hours of training
