TBC, within Asia Pacific Full-time, permanent Compliance, Forensics and Intelligence CEO, Asia Pacific As leader of the Forensics & Technology practice 1 for Asia Pacific, this will be a pivotal and highly-visible position. The aim is to significantly grow the business in the region by leveraging existing resources as well as building new capabilities. This role will become an integral part of a global practice offering international Forensics & Technology capability. This is a client facing business development and leadership role providing a client centric, solution orientated and consultative approach to leading and delivering work for key clients and opportunities across the Forensics & Technology market in the Asia Pacific region. This role has membership on the Asia Pacific Regional Executive Committee. There are seven priorities for the role: 1. Strategy: Developing a strategy for Forensics & Technology across the Asia Pacific region and work with geomarket leaders to implement 2. Business Development: Developing business in targeted markets and ensuring the revenue target is met; this will include developing and growing new client relationships with law firms, in-house counsels and C-suite executives (i.e. CEOs and CFOs) 1 Forensics & Technology comprises forensic investigations, forensic accounting, litigation support, expert witness, IT forensics, data analytics and e-discovery services. 2 3. Delivering profit: Delivering target trading profit margins and growth 4. Technical excellence: Delivering best-in-class services to clients and maintaining the highest standard in a consistent fashion 5. Collaboration: Work closely with BI, CSC, Cyber and GRA practices to ensure the appropriate team is put on Forensics tasks, reaching outside the immediate Forensics & Technology practice for the best qualified resources 6. Capability & Capacity: Managing and building a strong practice team to ensure that adequate capability is in place for continuous development 7. Thinking globally: Becoming established as a key member of the global Forensics & Technology leadership team, working seamlessly across regions and helping to deliver on the global Forensics & Technology strategy Tasks and responsibilities Strategy Design and lead the implementation of the Forensics & Technology services strategy for the Asia Pacific region Proactively drive the integration of the Forensics & Technology services with other service lines, taking full advantage of our business intelligence, crisis management, security consulting and political risk differentiators Develop and define a clear strategic direction for the regional Forensics & Technology practice. This will include an assessment of Control Risks positioning, service line capability and future intent in the various Asian markets Work closely with Control Risks Forensics & Technology counter-parts in other regions on intelligent resourcing and business development initiatives Act as a thought leader on strategic Forensics & Technology related matters Leadership Provide leadership and line management to the Asia Pacific Forensics Partners and the Asia Pacific Technology practice (comprising IT Forensics, DA and e-discovery) As the recognised leading Forensics & Technology expert in the region, ensure that Forensics & Technology resources based in all geo-markets are espousing best practice and delivering consistent high quality Forensics & Technology services to clients Lead by example, driving business development and leading delivery on major projects Supports, coaches and develops leadership in direct reports Promotes a positive culture within the department Contribute to the Asia Pacific Exco by proactively contributing to the wider regional agenda and prioritising commercial opportunities Work collaboratively with the Partner group in Asia to ensure commercial success through a positive and inclusive work environment Act as leader, mentor and advisor to Forensics & Technology practitioners within the region Page 2 of 5

3 Business development and client management Set business development targets that will drive profitability and allow for measurement of team and individual performance Manage and grow a set of strategic accounts Business management Budget accountability for Asia Pacific Forensics & Technology team Direct management of Partners and Directors across the region Manage and mentor developing investigative talent to ensure we retain our key talent. Identify and recruit future talent as needed Knowledge and experience Qualifications and specialist skills Competencies Proven experience of operating successfully at a senior level, setting strategy and delivery Proven track record of winning and delivering large investigations, litigation support and compliance consulting projects (USD100k+) in key jurisdictions in Asia Pacific Proven experience of operating successfully at a regional level Demonstrable understanding of fraud and corruption investigation techniques and procedures Intrinsic understanding of the use of technology in investigations Sound knowledge of our industry and competitors Demonstrate an understanding of delivering higher value / margin services Demonstrate ability to think and act across the Control Risks service offerings to maximise business potential with clients Proven experience of leading a function and people management with the ability to inspire, mentor and energise a diverse team Excellent network of client contacts in MNCs and law firms Bachelor or Master s degree level Proven strategic vision and implementation Successful business development Commercial acumen Specialist investigation skills CFE Qualification Knowledge of FCPA, UK Bribery Act and other relevant legislation Business Intellect Focuses strategically and is less consumed by tactical operations Cuts through complexity to create clarity Works with commercial nous, driving new initiatives and profitability Page 3 of 5
