Todd Podell, Global Head of Business Transformation & ERP, Alcon Todd Podell is the Global Head of Business Transformation & ERP for Alcon. Alcon is the world leader in Eye Care and a wholly owned Division of Novartis. Previously Todd was Alcon's first Chief Procurement Officer, where he built a top tier global sourcing organization. Todd joined Novartis in 2005, and prior to leading Alcon Procurement, he was the Chief Procurement Officer for Novartis' Consumer Health group of companies. From , Todd was the Director of Global Technology Procurement for McDonald's. Prior to McDonald's, he held Supply Chain leadership roles at Palm and Advanced Micro Devices. Before that, Todd was a litigation attorney and also negotiated contracts for professional athletes. Only ISM-Dallas members are eligible for this award, and it remains indicative of members who are true professionals. This year' s awardee is Mary Buenrosto! Mary has been on our board for several years, serving as Librarian and for the past two years as out Treasurer. She has revamped our financial records, added new reports and contributed many cost savings actions over her two years as Treasurer.
