Training needs analysis of leadership competencies needed by female Managers based on situational analysis, design of course content and the facilitation and mentoring of the female leaders. Design and facilitation of Diversity Management and conflict management program for Northern Cape Legislator. Training needs analysis and analysis of diversity indicators via focus groups. Skills Audit/ Training needs analysis for Ministry of Lands and Resettlement (GIZ funded) include design of Technical Competency.
