Lighthouse Corporation was founded in 2005 in Danang City as a General Contractor with four million US dollars in start up capital and over a thousand employees. Lighthouse engages in a wide variety of Construction projects and construction consulting such as: factories, high-rise buildings, hotels, villas, resorts & spas, Golf courses and infrastructure. Lighthouse is also a leader in providing ready mixed concrete and office space at its corporate Headquarters. Our vast experience is coupled with our in depth training of staff who have attended courses with International Organizations such as: Highmark (USA), AOTS (Japan), Pum (Netherland), InWent (Germany). As a result, Lighthouse has built its reputation for delivering a high quality service, on time, at a competitive price. The defect liability period services In order to ensure your business continues to operate at 100% efficiency during the warranty period, your Notice of Defect will be responded to and solved within 24 hours. During the Defects Notification Period all work that Lighthouse is responsible for shall be inspected within three months and any problems noted will be fixed immediately. During the Handing-Over of the project, an Owner s manual and training for operation and maintenance of the equipment installed will be supplied by Lighthouse Partnering towards excellence
