Pre-Assignment Counseling & Assignment Cost Projections: Coordinates assignment cost projections for employees who are either considering or have accepted an international assignment, including hypothetical taxes, cost-of-living differentials, and living accommodations. Policy Counseling: Supports and ensures assignee continuity by providing an ongoing, comprehensive explanation and interpretation of international assignment benefits, as defined by your policy, plus proactive guidance in coordinating all available provisions.
