3 Management Team Tom Bradbury Managing Director Project Manager (Coal) JORC Code 2012 Competent Person (Coal) VALMIN Code 2015 Specialist BSc (Hons), MAusIMM, MMICA Tom has extensive experience in the planning and management of coal exploration programs, as well as 3D modelling, prospectivity evaluations and public reporting of coal resources and fugitive gas emissions. Tom is proficient in organising and managing major drilling operations, including coal seam gas desorption work and fugitive emissions estimation. His role involves management of the Geos Mining coal team and business development. Tom is a JORC Code 2012 Competent Person for coal resource estimation and also has sufficient experience to be regarded as a VALMIN Code 2015 Specialist. Murray Hutton Principal Consultant Project Manager (Gold and Base Metals) JORC Code 2012 Competent Person (Gold and Base Metals) VALMIN Code 2015 Specialist BA (Hons, Geology), MAIG Murray has extensive experience in the mineral exploration industry, primarily in gold and base metals but also covering a broad range of other commodities. He has worked throughout Australia, South West Pacific (PNG, Fiji), Asia (Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia, Malaysia, Mongolia), South America (Argentina, Peru), Africa (Mali) and Europe (Sweden, Estonia). He has strong analytical skills and capabilities in 3D modelling and mineral resource estimations and is proficient in meeting regulatory standards for technical reporting and stock exchange announcements. Murray is a Competent Person under the JORC Code 2012 for gold, base metals and other metals and has sufficient experience to be regarded as a VALMIN Code 2015 Specialist. Dip., FAusIMM, FAIG Sue Border has extensive experience in the minerals industry specialising in project management and resources/reserve estimation. Her broad experience includes periods as a mine geologist, consultant, academic and exploration manager before starting Geos Mining. Sue has experience in a wide range of minerals, with specialist knowledge of industrial minerals. She has carried out research in geostatistics and mine quality control. Sue is a Competent Person under the JORC Code 2012 and has sufficient experience to be regarded as a VALMIN Code 2015 Specialist. Helen Ray Senior Consultant Industrial Minerals Project Manager (Industrial Minerals and Dimension Stone) JORC Code 2012 Competent Person (Industrial Minerals and Dimension Stone) BSc (Hons), MAppSc, MAIG Helen has extensive experience in both the public and private sector. Helen is a Permits & Quarry Specialist with extensive experience in industrial minerals, dimension stone, construction materials, land use planning and GIS. She has considerable knowledge of Australian and world dimension stone industries and has conducted market studies for a range of dimension stones as well as other industrial minerals. Helen has conducted assessments of sandstone, granite and marble resources in Australia, Vietnam and China. Helen is a Competent person under the JORC Code 2012 in dimension stone and construction materials (aggregate and sand). 5 Llyle Sawyer Senior Consultant Project Manager (Industrial Minerals, Uranium, iron, lithium, manganese) JORC Code 2012 Competent Person (Industrial minerals, uranium) BAppSc (Hons), MAppSc, MAIG Llyle has extensive exploration knowledge and experience in a wide range of industrial mineral commodities including lithium, boron, brine salts, potash, phosphate, kaolin, limestone, iron sands and graphite. He has worked throughout Australia, South West Pacific, east and central Asia, South America and west Africa. Llyle has strong environmental qualifications with particular skills in open cut gold mining and in environmental and native title negotiations. Llyle is a Competent Person under the JORC Code 2012 for gold, base metals, uranium, lithium and industrial minerals and has sufficient experience to be regarded as a VALMIN Code 2015 Specialist. Alison Cole Senior Consultant Industrial Minerals Project Manager (HMS, Dimension stone) JORC Code 2012 Competent Person (HMS) BSc (Hons), MSc., MAIG Alison joined Geos Mining after a long period of work in the academic arena in sedimentology and marine geology. Alison has developed strong skills in the assessment of minerals sands projects and construction materials, including dimension stone. In addition to her industrial minerals experience in Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam and China, she has also worked in coal and gas exploration in NSW, Queensland and WA. Her skills cover exploration program planning, field work, GIS, data management and reporting. Alison is a Competent Person under the JORC Code 2012 for reporting of exploration results for mineral sands, construction materials and dimension stone deposits.
