2 A ONEYEAR JOURNEY Beginning with a twoday training seminar, participants experience each of the seven core modules, whilst encapsulating key learnings into a personal development plan. This is followed by 12 months of supported learning, the provision of specific academic reference papers followed by the submission of individual participants assignments. The program culminates with a final oneday workshop at which point participants will present their end of program assignment.
