2 A ONEYEAR JOURNEY Beginning with a twoday training seminar, participants experience each of the seven core modules, whilst encapsulating key learnings into a personal development plan. This is followed by 12 months of supported learning, the provision of specific academic reference papers followed by the submission of individual participants assignments. The program culminates with a final oneday workshop at which point participants will present their end of program assignment. Understanding how to engage with those around you through collaboration, coaching and innovation, in situations of hierarchical control and without command and control. Building capabilities and awareness to control distractions, pause, reflect and execute effective decisionmaking, consistently. Seeing what truly motivates your team and how to create a culture of success, nationally and internationally. Understand organisational culture how to use and influence it. EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE Developing that sixth business sense promoting adaptable and positive behaviours, building confidence to engage with peers and leaders at multiple levels within organisations. SEVEN CORE MODULES + PDP PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN [PDP] Adopting the program learning outcomes to build a S.M.A.R.T. personal development plan to align with the oneyear journey.
