10 SSI IMPACT AND PROGRESS Program changes had a positive impact on early hiring compared to previous years SSI campuses early hiring results outpaced other HISD campuses The number of early hires increased by 12% Peer-led training created a community of collaboration and multiplied training results Alignment of campus instructional needs and selection strategies contributed to improved hiring efficiency 10
