3 Appraisal 360 Site: NEW FEATURES ADDED 2017 Employees are allowed to map the manager(s) and project(s) by themselves Employees are able to download the consolidated review report after appraisal Users (Employees) are allowed to delete the rating before submission Reviewer(s) are now able to delete the rating with comments Employees are eligible to submit the appraisal assigned to each manager separately LOGIN TO THE PORTAL Everyone, within the ilink-systems domain, can access this portal. Example: Username: ilink-systems\<outlook username> Password : <ilink outlook password> Select the Year US-2017 from the drop down menu 9/25/2017 Appraisal360 2

4 DASHBOARD Note: Review Status will be displayed on the Dashboard Page as below 1. Employee details (Ex: Emp.name, Designation, etc.) 2. Template for Rating Legend 3. Overall Status for Self-Rating and Manager Rating a. Not Started - when the review has not yet started b. Self-rating in Progress - when one (or more rating) has not been submitted for review c. Submitted for Review - when the rating has been submitted d. Review In Progress - when the Review is in Progress e. Completed - when the Review has been completed 4. Logged in User name 5. Appraisal Year - User will be able to switch between the appraisal years (previous/current) by clicking on the pencil icon at the right top corner. 6. Self-Rating Submission Status - similar to status mentioned above in Manager(s) Review Status a. Yet to Start - when the assigned Manager has not started the review b. Review in Progress - when the review is in Progress c. Submitted - when the reviewer rating has been done but not yet completed d. 5 MAP YOUR MANAGERS / MAP YOUR PROJECTS 1. To Map or Assign a Manager/Reviewer, who is not already assigned, click through Settings and Map your Manager. 2. Type in the name of your Manager/Reviewer in the Choose Your Managers text box and then Click on Map Manager(s) green button. There can be multiple Managers assigned for a single project. 3. Once assigned, Manager/Reviewer can be removed by clicking on the X mark next to their name until it has been assigned for review. 1. To Map a project, click through 'Settings' and 'Map your projects for Managers' 2. Multiple Managers can be assigned for one project 9/25/2017 Appraisal360 4

6 RATE YOURSELF 1. Select the project to submit for self-rating from the drop down which lists out all the mapped projects 2. Select the Manager to start 3. Click on 'Add Appraisal' button to begin the rating process 4. List of Manager(s) assigned 5. The rating should be used based on the Rating Legend in the Dashboard 6. Rating Comment should highlight the reason for rating score 7. By clicking 'Add Appraisal', projects get listed as shown above. The rating can be updated by clicking on the pencil icon, before submitting for review 8. The rating or project can be deleted by clicking on the x icon, before submitting for review 9. When ready to be reviewed by the assigned Manager, submit by clicking on 'Submit the Appraisal' button 9/25/2017 Appraisal360 5

7 RATE YOUR TEAM (ONLY FOR MANAGERS) The rating should be provided for the team member based on the Rating Legend in the Dashboard. 1. Employee's Self-rating score shown here 2. Manager's rating for the specific Employee in the chosen project shown here 3. Comment section should highlight the rating provided 3. 9/25/2017 Appraisal360 6

8 1. Employee's Self-rating shown under 'Employee rating' 2. Manager's rating shown under 'Your Rating' 3. Manager can edit or view the rating given using 'Edit/View', before submitting 4. A final comment should be provided for each employee/team member by using 'Overall Comments' 5. Employee's Self-rating status shown under 'Employee Status' 6. Manager's rating status shown under 'Your Rating Status' 7. Filter can be used to select a specific employee/team member and the corresponding projects are shown in the grid to assist with rating 8. Employee's Self-rating shown under 'Your Rating' 3. Manager's rating shown under 'Manager Rating' 4. Employee's Self-rating as well as Manager's rating shown under 'View details' 5. Manager's Final comments shown under 'Overall Comments NOTE: Scores are released when the Appraisal process gets completed for all eligible Employees. The release date will be communicated by the HR Department. Until the release date, the message 'Your Overall score can be viewed on or after <Release Date>' is displayed. 9/25/2017 Appraisal360 7
