2 SUMMARY OF THE PROJECT The main purpose of the project "You(th)nique" is to equip European youth workers with modern methodology and practices about talent management and inner leadership to increase the employability of young people. The project proposed by Monomyths Association and its European partners is a solution to the NEETs situation around Europe. A project about how to successfully identify talents and do its management among young people. The concept of Talent Management came from our growing understanding of the problem of unemployment. Our approach is knowing yourself more than selling yourself. Monomyths Association tailored with 7 European NGOs a two-parts training course to learn more how to prepare better the youngsters to look for a job in modern world or starting their own (social) enterprise.

7 PARTICIPANT PROFILE European Youth workers, involved in talent management/inner leadership/coaching of young persons activities on a daily basis. Age:24+ Experience: previous experience in youth field, non-formal education, Erasmus+ Programme is required Active in a Non-profit organisation (staff, volunteer, employer) Language: Mandatory English Intermediate Availability to participate in both mobilities (Mandatory condition to participate) Willingness to implement 1 multiplying activity at local level LEARNING OUTCOMES 1. Expand the knowledge about concepts such as: creativity, talent development, talent management, ability to learn, selfassessment; 2. improve the skills in: reflecting, evaluating, interviewing and asking questions, observing and listening, analysing, planning their personal learning process; 3. Become more aware and thus confident about their talents and passion through reflections on their own identity and their natural talents; 4. Become more curious and creative. 8 TRAVEL & REIMBURSEMENT Both project s mobilities will take place in Bucharest, Romania. Airport: Henri Coanda Otopeni (OTP) Address of the final venue: VITAN Arcca Private Campus (Energeticienilor Boulevard no 9-11, District 3, Bucharest) Reimbursement: 275 EUR/per each participant from Italy, Croatia, Estonia, Lithuania, Poland, Spain, Belgium. The costs will be reimbursed in the partner organisation account after each mobility based on the documents sent by participants. NOTE: 1. There s no participation fee perceived by Monomyths Association. It is our policy and we believe it is a fair one that offer to each participant the opportunity to participate. 9 ACOMMODATION ARCCA STUDENT HOUSING Campus Vitan Village Phone number: 0040 *2722 / Address: Energeticienilor Boulevard no 9-11, District 3, Bucharest. Virtual tour here Conditions: The participants will stay in double rooms and only one triple room in a private student campus. Each room has its own bathroom, a small fridge, a microwave. There is also a dedicated space for those who want to stay on internet and chat until late, but also the Wi-Fi will be available in the individual rooms. In the same building you have a special room where you can make a tea in the evening and play some board games. Also, in front of the building there s a mini-park where you can stay until late. The space have security and the access is limited only to residents. What to bring: towels, hair dryer, cosmetics, flip flops They have washing machines and clothes dryers and is around 5-7 euro the service. Food: The participants will take breakfast, lunch and dinner in the nice restaurant from campus, based on their dietary needs.

10 TRANSPORTATION TO ACCOMMODATION Day Bus: From Henri Coanda Airport you need to take bus 783 to Piata Unirii 1 (the last station). The program of the bus is here. From there, you will take the bus no 123 or 124 in the direction CET Vitan. The schedule and the stations are here. You will go down at Energeticienilor station and afterwards return 2-3 minutes, and cross the street. Night Bus: From Henri Coanda Airport you take 783 bus until Unirii Square 1 and afterwards N111 from Unirii Square till the station named Energeticienilor. The schedule can be found here. From there you need to return 2-3 minutes on Energeticienilor Boulevard. After you pass after the Apollo Sport and Conference center, you need to do left and from there walk 1-2 minutes until Campus Vitan Village. You can t buy tickets from the bus. There s a special office at the -1 level of the airport from where you can buy the cards. Please keep the receipt for reimbursement and ask for a stamp on it. Cost of the bus ticket: Express bus Airport Unirii (no 783) 3.5 RON Normal trip any bus 1.3 RON From the airport, you can buy a plastic card that will cost 5 RON and you can recharge it anytime you want. In the airport there is also a paper card that can be used both way for express 8.6 RON.

12 SELECTION OF PARTICIPANTS Each partner organisation is responsbile to recruit 3 participants from their team/volunteers who are active in their organisation and their beneficiaries. 13 PREPARATION FOR ACTIVITIES Intercultural evening Please bring typical food and drinks from your countries! We will have only 1 traditional evening during the first mobility(november 2017). Unfortunately we don t have budget to reimburse you the expenses made for the things that you are bringing, but try to be creative and funny! You can bring typical costumes, ornaments, leaflets, posters, flyers, food, sweets, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks etc. There is no possibility to cook, to heat food, so try to keep it simple. Also, you can show videos, photos, sing music and dance traditional dances from your countries! For each country we will have around 15 minutes. NGO Fair The NGOs involved in this project share the same objective for empowering citizen involvement. NGOs and their representatives will have the opportunity to inform people about their actions and give information on their methods and targets, through a friendly event open to the public. Please bring brochures or any other promotional material that you have from your NGO. Also, you can show us communication campaigns, non-formal education methods developed by your sending NGO if you know any. You can also prepare some flipchart presentations if you don t have these type of materials.
