Inspire, Motivate & Engage is the only organization that provides online mentoring opportunities that feature accredited management training thus good for society and good for your professional development. Our program allows participants to enhance their professional development while making the difference to the life of an unemployed young person and tackling the issue of youth unemployment in the US.

3 OUR MENTORING PROGRAMME HELP A LOST GENERATION Young people account for 45% of all unemployed Americans. Over 5.6 million year olds are unemployed, making youth employment rates in the US one of the worst in first-world countries. Unemployment will damage young people for life. Furthermore, the damage is not temporary as evidence suggests it does permanent damage to employment and earnings potential. Across developed and emerging economies, the young are being left behind as never before. And once a gap emerges, it tends to be persistent and difficult to close. Young people are feeling a sense of hopelessness and action must be taken to bridge the gap and change the future.

4 HOW IT WORKS Our mentoring program helps companies and their employees invest in their local communities and make a difference while developing their skills. Our structured program high retention rates and we offer online and face to face mentoring opportunities that are relevant to both the mentor and mentee. 5 LEADING THE WAY We provide a structured and robust approach to mentoring. We care about every mentor relationship we create and our on-hand team provide advice and support every step of the way. Because of this, we can boast the highest conversion and retention rates to our knowledge on the market: 8 out of ten relationships successful and are still on-going after three months 95% use the online mentoring platform on a weekly basis 45% of mentors have invited the young person into their offices to show them their working environment and inspire their mentee not to give up on their career goals 94% of the mentors plan to introduce the young person to opportunities within their company via its graduate training or internship programme 5% have secured a job with the help of their mentor Based on 200 mentor relationships created by IME

7 IME AWARD The IME Award celebrates and recognizes the young people who have participated in the IME program. The objective of the award is to help the young person get a step ahead of the competition when applying for national internships and also job interviews, as it recognizes the young person s commitment to their personal and professional development. To receive the award, the young person must meet the following criteria: Completed the programme from beginning to end, resulting in 24 hours learning in total Their mentor must award the young person 24 points for their effort at the final evaluation The young person receives a certificate at the end of the programme to add to their achievements file.

8 HOW DO WE FIND THE YOUNG PEOPLE WE SUPPORT? Charity partnerships Disadvantaged young people School, college & University partnerships Strategic Partnerships TIME COMMITMENT A minimum of one hour a week Mentorship lasts between three - six months. Completely flexible

9 Accredited management & leadership training The training received throughout the mentoring experience means those participating will receive an accreditation in Management & Leadership This quality assurance mark highlights the high standard of our learning framework and the skills you can learn through participating in one of our courses. We are continually moderated by the external accreditation provider OCN Credit for Learning to ensure our standard of excellence is upheld. At the end of the course, staff will receive a hard copy certificate, detailing their accreditation to help them showcase their learning. 96% of mentors have rated the IME mentor training and support as very good to excellent
