By constantly looking forward we help people love their jobs, improve their lives and build better businesses. This philosophy has helped us become one of the most innovative and successful recruitment companies in the UK and be Highly Commended in the Best Company to Work For category at the IRP Awards. Right now we turn over 23 million and help someone find a job every 2 hours. We ve worked with over 5,000 companies and have over 5 million candidates in our network. But enough about the past. 6 05 What we want to achieve The next few years are when things get really interesting. We re investing heavily in technology, training and marketing to turn JAM into the most talked-about recruitment company in the country. We re going to equip our consultants with the best Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools available, develop the most sophisticated analytics in the industry and continue to develop our training and development programme so we re seen as a university of professional recruitment. Key milestones over the next three years: Increase turnover from 23m to 45m Increase our staff from 100 to 140 Increase our operating profit from 4m to 8m To make all this happen, we re going to need the best talent in the industry. 6

We also need to understand our clients business aspirations, so we know what they want to achieve and the sort of people they need to achieve it. This enables our consultants to spend more time doing the important things; getting to know candidates better and talking to clients to understand their businesses so we can deliver quicker results and a great customer experience. We truly believe that our approach will help to redefine best-in-class recruitment. How we re going to deliver Quicker processes : CRM technology (Bullhorn) that helps us match clients and candidates to jobs faster. Rollout our cloud based Candidate community portal. Utilise our innovative management information systems to help us identify new opportunities in real time. 9

By providing ongoing training and access to invaluable industry resources we make sure all our consultants have an indepth understanding of the sectors in which their clients operate and the professions they recruit for. 12 09 How we help you grow We ve always said that a structured training path is the best way to develop your recruitment career, so our in house training team provides a wide-ranging training programme. This includes everything from classroom learning to computer-based modules, all backed by an extensive online training library. For Apprentices and Trainees As with any company with a strong personality, working for us won t be right for everyone. So if you re thinking of becoming one of our new trainees, we give you the chance to get a feel for what we re about at a series of JAM experience days.
