Metagro Cabins develops and produces cabins: in series as well as custom; body shells as well as fully plug and play. Metagro Parts supplies parts for both cabins built by Metagro and for products built elsewhere. Metagro Plaatbewerking supplies laser cutting and (CNC) precision bending services, with additional treatments as required: from rolling and barrel finishing to drilling and thread tapping. Make an appointment for a personal solution! Rules and regulations naturally form the starting point in this do phase: the design must comply with the standards that apply to your product. However, we prefer to look even further ahead. Does the day-to-day use of your product perhaps require additional safety measures? If so, we will take our own measures, even if there is no applicable standard. Safety first. Comfort and ergonomics deserve equal attention. An adapted line of vision, a cleverly positioned joystick, a more comfortable step up or step down These might be just details to others, but essentials to the user. Because we have mapped out the functionalities with you during the think phase, we can develop the right solution. Looking for that one right solution New and existing solutions In this phase, we apply the specialist knowledge and skills that we have developed over the years. Wherever possible we make use of existing solutions, keeping development costs low. However, when new solutions need to be developed, we are happy to take on the challenge. In-house engineers and external specialists Development mainly takes place in house. After all, we have a team of extremely experienced engineers. You also benefit from the fact that we deliver custom solutions as well as series: we are used to being creative and looking for that one right solution, but we will bring in our external specialists if necessary. Whether you need a small or a medium-sized series, we offer lean designed processes, optimum efficiency and maximum reliability of delivery. At the same time, we remain flexible. Series and custom solutions run parallel to each other - both literally and figuratively. Even late in the process, we can make last-minute changes if necessary. That is how we can offer customisation in series, right up to the delivery (and afterwards). We believe it is the only way for you to get the exact product you require.
