2 Introduction Unit HSC 2028 Move and Position Individuals in Accordance with their Plan of Care This is a competence based unit within the level 2 and 3 Health and Social Care Diploma. Competence based units require you to demonstrate your ability to move and position individuals in accordance with their plan of care via an observation of your practice by a qualified assessor. You will also be required to demonstrate your knowledge of how to meet moving and handling requirements. A popular way of assessing your knowledge is via written questions.
