1 Guide to Preparing for your Assessment Centre Welcome to your guide to preparing for your assessment centre day. Read this whole document thoroughly as it will help you prepare for a successful assessment. Please ensure you bring all the necessary documentation outlined in this guide as without all the relevant documents we will not be able to assess you. If you have any questions or issues with your preparation please give our recruitment team a call on Important Information The dress code for the assessment centre is business wear/smart attire. The assessment day begins at 9:00am so plan in advance to arrive on time as late comers may not be admitted. We generally finish around 5pm dependent on group size. There are no onsite facilities catering facilities, however, Wimbledon centre is just a few minutes walk away. Documentation Required Please provide both the originals and photocopies of documents 1) to 4): 1) Passport The front cover page and double photo page 2) Proof Of UK bank account This can be no more than 3 months old and must clearly show: account number, sort code, branch address and account holders name. Be aware of online banking you may need to request a copy from your local branch. 3) Proof of UK address E.g Driving License, Utility Bill (not a mobile phone bill), or bank statement if it shows your UK address. 4) Proof of National Insurance Number - You will need to bring both the original and photocopy of either your national insurance card or a recent pay slip clearly showing your NI number (within 3 months). You can also use a HRMC or DWP letter (no more than 3 months old) 5) A1 - Please fill in all of the asterisked * sections of the form (Please see the completed example on 6) P46 - Complete page 1 as your circumstances would be whilst on season 7) Uniform Sheet complete for the programme you have been invited in for. 8) Personal Information Sheet complete fully noting both the first and last name of your emergency contact. 9) Self-certify medical form - this should be completed, dated and signed. Resort Driver: Mountain Bike Guide: Mountain Bike Mechanic: Fitness Instructor: Maintenance Person: Resort Representative: All Supervisors & Management: MBLA Trial Cycle Leader or equivalent qualification Cytech level 2 as a minimum Fitness instructor qualifications Relevant industry qualifications & full, clean UK driving license Individual Presentations All candidates will be required to deliver a presentation dependent upon the job role you have applied for. The presentation is designed to assess your personality as much as the content so don t forget to make eye contact, smile and bring your personality across as much as possible. Please note we cannot guarantee access to a laptop or projector so please ensure you create an alternative method to deliver your presentation just in case.
