4 Who we are (1/2) Athens International Airport (AIA) was established in 1996 as a publicprivate partnership with a 30-year concession agreement AIA is a privately managed Company with: the Greek State holding 55% of shares (25% Greek State and 30% Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund), and the private shareholders collectively hold 45% -4-

8 The Program Initiative II: 40 Undergraduate / Graduates young people from 19 to 29 yrs. old In response to the 58% youth unemployment rate, we introduced the Airport Praxis June January Initiative I: 30 unemployed young people from 19 to 29 yrs old

9 More specifically 6 month paid employment, Aviation Operational Jobs: Airside & Landside 30 unemployed young people Ages 19 to 29 High School and/or Technical School Graduates Outplacement Program 3 month paid employment Trained on various Departments of the Airport 40 Undergraduate or Graduates Ages 19 to 29 Outplacement Program Initiative I Initiative II candidates vs applications for the different Departments/areas of interest -9-

11 The Selection Process Step 1: First Screening based on the following criteria: Step 2: The 100 highest ranking candidates proceeded with ICAP Step 3: The candidates with the highest ranking composite score obtained from the four tests, i.e. Technical Aptitude, Verbal, Numerical, English were given the HPI safety orientation test* and were also interviewed by ICAP** Step 4: Those candidates were also interviewed by our HRE Dept for the final selection of the 30 people * dimensions: compliant, strong, emotional stable, vigilant, cautious, trainable ** competencies: dependability, customer focus, composure -11-
