2 Introduction The Recruitment Company Midlands Ltd was formed to supply skilled staff within the automotive manufacturing, aerospace manufacturing and general engineering sectors across the Midlands region. Due to our continuing success we now operate within the warehousing and distribution, commercial catering and information technology sectors. Our focus is on understanding in depth our clients needs and requirements by working with key performance indicators to provide an excellent service, exceeding expectations to develop long term mutually beneficial relationships. TRCM s recruitment consultants conduct full face to face interviews and complete reference checks for every candidate registered on our bespoke database. All candidates are pre-screened for suitability in line with client job specifications prior to assignment and fully understand what is expected of them in the workplace. TRCM uses a bespoke E-Staff candidate database currently with over 20,000 skilled local candidates and we also have access to multiple online national CV databases (10 million candidates). This ensures that clients receive a swift competent response to any vacancies with candidates fit for purpose. The Worcester team consists of three recruitment consultants and a payroll administration manager who have over 30 years combined local recruitment experience and expertise. We take care to fully vet, reference check and interview face to face all of our candidates. This ensures that the staff we provide are suitably experienced and competent to meet your business needs and exceed your expectations. We conduct candidate aptitude assessments both practical and written, using our own and industry standard testing procedures to ensure the suitability of our candidates prior to them starting assignment. Where the level of business requires it, we can provide an onsite office and an onsite account manager. We liaise with clients and conduct on site pre and postemployment candidate assessments, and also help to coach our candidates to ensure that they fully understand what is required from them We fully manage the integration of our staff into your business including completion of application forms and any other required relevant documentation or licenses. We provide detailed statistics in line with your KPI s on candidates attendance and retention on a daily weekly or monthly basis to highlight any issues or areas for improvement. We conduct regular service review meetings to keep informed of new client practices and procedures and alter our own procedures and practices to ensure that we continue to meet and exceed your expectations.

4 Selection Processes The Recruitment Company Midlands Ltd operate a range of selection methods for vetting/determining skills and suitability of candidates designed to ensure that candidates meet our clients high standards. These are designed to ensure that candidates meet our clients high standards. All applicants are interviewed face to face and input directly on to our bespoke database. All candidates will be name checked prior to being sent on assignment. The following paperwork will be provided before candidates start their assignments. Documentation/Skills Testing The Recruitment Company Midlands Ltd offer a broad range of testing facilities to help vet and determine the suitability of our candidates. This includes mechanical, spatial, verbal, numeric/literacy tests etc. All candidates will be required to complete and pass with a minimum 75% the TRCM standard numeracy and literacy test. Once interviewed we effectively match suitable candidates with the required skills, experience and qualifications to meet client job specifications. TRCM also has considerable experience and expertise in providing on site assessments and inductions for candidates, this service can be tailored to meet individual client needs. TRCM also use psychometric testing which can be individually tailored for clients. Before applicants are interviewed or placed on assignment with our clients, we ensure that our comprehensive registration form is completed detailing employment history, qualifications, experience, skills matrix and any other information relevant to their application. We ask all candidates to supply a minimum of two previous employers that we can contact for reference purposes. We ask all candidates to complete a voluntary medical questionnaire, and also confirm next of kin details should an accident occur. Our registration form will also allow candidates the opportunity to declare any unspent criminal convictions.

5 Timesheets/Invoicing The Recruitment Company Midlands Ltd will conform to any prior agreed requirements as outlined by our clients in relation to timesheet and invoicing needs. Our IT systems allow us to provide management information in a variety of formats and we maintain comprehensive KPI information on all accounts to improve performance. Timesheets can be allocated by cost centre / department or specific to each named individuals clock/employee number. Our invoices are sent electronically promptly on the Wednesday of each week however paper copies can be provided if required. With our invoicing process we can offer a bespoke service to our clients in whatever format required. TRCM s invoices are comprehensive with a detailed breakdown of hours worked rates charged and attached signed client authorisation and if required purchase order number. TRCM s standard payment terms for our clients will be 30 days from date of invoice, however there may be additional flexibility dependant on business volumes. Account Management The Recruitment Company Midlands Ltd will allocate a consultant as designated account manager to our clients who will be responsible for all aspects of the daily running of the account. In his/her absence a stand-in will be allocated and where possible will buddy with the account manager in the week prior to covering his/her duties. TRCM will monitor performance of candidates based on feedback from our clients and provide detailed candidate attendance statistics to ensure that candidate attendance and retention meets or exceeds our clients targets. 6 Temporary Recruitment The Recruitment Company Midlands Ltd can offer you a flexible temporary workforce that can be tailor made to meet any changing demands on your business If we provide a candidate/s on a temporary or temporary to permanent basis they will be employed by TRCM who will pay the employers PAYE NIC and WTD (Holiday pay) Our temporary staff may only be with you briefly, but they will leave a lasting impression. All our temps go through the same rigorous selection procedure as our permanent candidates, so you can expect quality candidates every time. If we supply a temporary candidate that you wish to progress to a permanent role within your business at the end of a 13 week temporary to permanent period they will join your team and you will incur no additional fees or costs, this can save you money and time in advertising and interviewing for a position. We invest our time to understand your business to enable us to recruit the right people, one of our consultants will visit your premises to gain a better understanding of the skills and personality that will be the right fit for you. There is no minimum duration for a temporary assignment. You may require holiday, sickness or maternity cover or someone to just support a busy period for a couple of days. Whatever your needs we are confident in finding the right person who can quickly become a valuable member of your team. If you have no budget for a permanent member of staff, or a new short notice contract, we have an extensive database of skilled local candidates and extensive experience of short notice supply of fit for purpose candidates that are available as long as required. We provide a dedicated Account Manager and support team and we operate a genuine 24/7 on call service which will be answered by one of our consultants. Our consultants have delivered instantly to mobile devices and can respond at any time out of hours to short notice client requests. We provide extensive support to your line managers and HR function and agree a service level agreement (SLA) bespoke to your business with measurable Key Performance Indicators Our In-house payroll department will accurately manage temporary staff payroll, absence, sickness and holiday entitlement. 7 Permanent Recruitment We offer a 15% fixed permanent placement fee irrespective of candidate salary level (No sliding scale) with a generous rebate scheme or free replacement in place if a candidate leaves of their own accord or does not meet requirements. For each assignment we will advise as to the best recruitment methodology for a specific role. This could consist of a combination of pure search (direct approach) and/or advertised selection. Regular review sessions are held with the client to discuss appropriate details of targeted organisations, and resources, and to provide feedback on market response. Potential candidates are then identified by our team of experts through our extensive database, mapping and research tools, qualified candidates identified during the search process are then evaluated against your profiles/specifications. On successful evaluation, candidates are scheduled for interviews with the clients. The candidate profile shared with the client will comprise of biographical data, career history, appraisal findings against the role specification, remuneration and other expectations. Regular review sessions are held with the client to discuss appropriate details of targeted organisations, and resources, and to provide feedback on market response. Depending on the candidates performance during the interview process and at the client s request; we also conduct reference checks and the results are then shared with the client. The client s offer proposal is presented to the prospective employee and the outcome is communicated to the client. We continue follow up liaison with the employee and the client, to ensure that the employee is on board and to ensure smooth integration into the client s business.
