1 Certification Program Overview 2019 The CoreClarity Certification Program is designed to expand the scope and reach of the CoreClarity framework, encouraging individuals to turn their talents into strengths and igniting teams to capitalize on their competitive and collaborative advantage. 2 SERVICES OVERVIEW The Certification Program prepares you to become an expert in the CoreClarity proprietary methodology. In addition to using this information for one-on-one Coaching, as a Certified CoreClarity Facilitator, you will be able to deliver and customize the Personal Discovery and Team Dynamics workshops. COACHING As an expert in the CoreClarity methodology, you will help individuals understand their CliftonStrengths assessment results so they can intentionally add knowledge, skills and experiences to their talents to turn them into strengths. You will use the CoreClarity Pyramid, Talent Pole, and customized worksheets to initiate a coaching interaction or enhance an existing coaching relationship. You will help your client identify how their talents propel them forward and potentially hold them back. You ll also be able to show them typical ways they may be energized or drained by different activities. PERSONAL DISCOVERY WORKSHOP This highly customized, interactive workshop can be delivered in four to six hours or broken into several sessions with your client. The major focus is on the individual within the group/team. This session can be done with any group but is most powerful when delivered with one or more intact work teams. Major topics include: Strengths Psychology Talent Themes The CoreClarity Pyramid Understanding the CoreDrills Talent Development TEAM DYNAMICS WORKSHOP This interactive workshop is extremely customizable and is ideally delivered in four to six hours but can be segmented for shorter sessions or easily enhanced to cover an entire team retreat. The major focus is on the internal dynamics of the team. This session is designed to be delivered to an intact work team. Major topics include: Recognizing and Working With Different Talent Themes Potential Talent Collisions Frames & Lenses Model Creating a Strong Team Team Collaborative/Competitive Advantage During the Facilitator Qualification Intensive (FQI), you will experience the two workshops as a participant and then learn how to customize and deliver the programs for your intended audience. You will use your unique talents to get the most out of the FQI experience. CoreClarity, Inc

3 PATH TO CERTIFICATION STEP 1. Application This step ensures that we can meet your needs and that the program is a good fit, ultimately setting you up for success. Complete the online application. STEP 2. Facilitator Qualification Intensive (FQI) This week-long intensive gives you the opportunity to experience our programs first-hand and then step behind the curtain to learn how to prepare and deliver the programs for your clients. Before, during and after you will be given opportunities to start mastering the content to further develop your understanding and application of the CoreClarity framework. Before the FQI, you will: Study and have a strong knowledge of the 34 talent themes (You will be given six lessons, each followed by a mastery quiz. These will help you start to learn the 34 talent themes in the CoreClarity framework.) Review Now, Discover Your Strengths by Marcus Buckingham and Don Clifton Prepare a brief CoreClarity introduction presentation using your CoreClarity Pyramid Download Foxit Reader or Adobe Reader to your laptop computer (and bring to class!) During the FQI, you will: Immerse yourself in your signature talents and CoreDrill Learn about the different tools and techniques used in the programs Understand how to use the Facilitator Guide, CoreClarity Portal, CoreClarity Forum, and other materials to enhance the participants learning experience Observe, prepare, demonstrate, and practice program content Hone delivery and facilitation skills and discover specific methods of implementation Receive comprehensive feedback on your knowledge and skills Receive marketing and sales tips for moving forward with clients Discuss implementation and sustainability strategies STEP 3. Observation This final step gives you the opportunity to prepare and deliver the Personal Discovery Workshop while being supported by an authorized CoreClarity representative and receive comprehensive feedback to help your development. Observation must be completed within six months of training. The observation fee is already included in registration (You will be responsible for all travel expenses for the authorized CoreClarity representative). CoreClarity, Inc

4 INVESTMENT Investment $7,500 Includes: License Fees Once you have completed FQI, you will enter program participants into the CoreClarity Portal. Each profile entered will incur an initial licensing fee, which includes lower license levels (e.g. Team Dynamics licenses include all materials for Personal Discovery, Relationship, Enhanced Coaching, etc.). Cost Associated with Use of Materials Experiencing Personal Discovery and Team Dynamics as a participant Five days of in-depth training sessions with self-study homework Access to the CoreClarity proprietary Portal Observation & feedback by an authorized CoreClarity representative of your first program delivery Program resources including presentation templates, exercises, and planning tools Continued education & support from the CoreClarity team $150 per profile entered into the database for participants in Personal Discovery and Team Dynamics Sessions $100 per profile entered into the database for participants in Personal Discovery Sessions $50 per profile entered into the database for Relationship Packets $45 per profile entered into the database for individual Enhanced Coaching Packets $35 per profile entered into the database for individual Coaching Packets NOTE: As a part of your investment to support your learning, you will be granted up to 25 CoreClarity unlicensed profiles to be used with friends and family within one year of completing FQI. 5 PREREQUISITES & LOGISTICS Prerequisites The CoreClarity Certification Program is designed to be delivered by experienced facilitators, coaches, trainers and consultants. You should have solid training experience, presentation and facilitation skills, coaching skills and an ability to support learning outside the classroom. In order to guarantee your success, we ask that you complete an application and have a conversation with one of our authorized CoreClarity representatives. This ensures a full understanding of what to expect and how you can use the CoreClarity methodology within your organization or business.
