4 Research questions What kind of practical models does the organization have? What indicators the organization use in order to assess the results of using health promotion models? What kind of development needs has the organization regocnized?

5 Data collection Documents concerning health promotion models and actions are collected before theme interviews Theme interviews (15) of the representatives (5) of HR, staff manager, work ability manager and two representatives of personnel (10) for instance safety delegate, shop steward from 5 organizations from Primary health care units Special health care units Altogether 15 interviews

6 Data analyses The interviews were analysed using content analyze The similarities and differences in health promotion models and actions were identified The Finnish model of healthy lifestyles at healthy workplaces was constructed based on analyses
