People working together focus on fixing the problem together When feedback is given to employees on the basis of their performance they take it seriously and use it for development. The Performance appraisal system of the Organization encourages the employees The grievance process available in the Organization is a fair way to resolve disputes between employees and management. The top management of this Organization takes efforts to identify and utilize the potential of the employees positively and makes them use it as an opportunity for their development. Employees are imparted useful Training sessions to update their skills and performance. 21. To ensure the development of the employees the top management looks forward to invest a substantial part of their time and other resources. 348

Delegation of Authority encourages employees to do things on their own and to embrace responsibilities for selfdevelopment. Organization does a good job by communicating the employees about changes or decisions that affect them. 27. When problems arise people discuss the problems openly and try to solve them amicably than accusing each other Initiative of an Individual is duly encouraged in the Organization. The Psychological climate (i.e.: Mindset, Behavior, Motivational Level.) in this Organization is very encouraging to any employee interested in developing himself by acquiring new knowledge and skills.
