The company reserves the right at any time to require you to work at a different location either on a temporary or permanent basis on reasonable notice. AOTLT1 Reporting to the Production Manager Digital Design & Ad Ops Teams Direct reports: Ad Ops team members Organising the day-to-day work of the Ad Ops team ensuring that deadlines and quality targets are met, and that staff skills and technology is used to maximum effect. You will also work closely with the respective sales teams to provide support, reports and consistent levels of communication to enhance customer service levels. There will also be a heavy focus on providing support to the business for the targeted display advertising, overseeing the processing of the new content marketing product and managing the processing of any pagesuite links that need doing manually. To oversee the onboarding call process for the Web Builds and DPM products. To oversee the processing of Public Notices to the relevant website. To play a major role in our move from Adtech to DFP. This role involves having a high level of digital advert trafficking skills. You must have excellent communication skills to deal with both internal and external customers. It will also involve a hands on approach which will require good delegating and organisation skills. You must have super customer service skills to deal with the onboarding call process. You will also be required to play a part in the digital roadshow sessions that the department offers around the business As the team leader you will report to the Ad Production Manager, who in turn reports to the Head of Publishing Services. Working with a team of ad ops personnel, organise the workload for the section across a number of products to ensure that internal and external customer requirements are met. Work closely with the third party providers for the targeted display product Optimise all key account campaigns

2 Communication and working relationships Provide reports and technical support to the sales teams who will have queries about Archant and customers campaigns and websites Manage inventory and keep the respective sales teams informed of availability Have a working knowledge of Google analytics Ensure latest Helios updates are utilised where applicable Develop a close working relationship with Media Force Learn how to use the DFP Ad trafficking platform Understand the content marketing product and process Understand the Web Build products and process and the onboarding call for copy collection Understand the DPM products and process and the onboarding call for copy collection Understand the digital element of Public Notices and the process for pushing the content on to the relevant website Have a working knowledge of pagesuite links, how they are sold and the process to ensure those that need manual uploading are done on a weekly basis To establish and maintain good working relationships with the advertising sales teams so that an understanding is agreed on expectation levels. Working with the Advertisement Production Manager manage, motivate and develop staff in a manner that reflects Archant values so that staff feel involved, valued and committed to achieving high performance standards by: o Cascading objectives o Monitoring individual and team performance o Ensuring all staff have development opportunities o Actively contributing to the development of staff Ensure that team members are vigilant in reducing errors and are producing reports for campaigns to clients with all necessary explanations and recommendations Have a knowledge of your own and competitor web sites To establish excellent relationships and to provide high standards of service to external and internal customers, in accordance with department and Company expectations. To keep own skills and knowledge up to date especially in latest platform and ad performance measurements. Train new team members in the way we use the digital software To always uphold the Archant values when dealing with internal and external customers Creativity, Respect and Pride You will work as a member of Advert Publishing Services and will have interaction with a variety of departments (Sales, IT, Training, etc) Relationships with his/her own staff are critical to the success of the department, therefore coaching and persuading are essential

3 skills Hours of Work The business works a day and evening operation covering 5 days and 5 evenings a week. This position will require the applicant to work 37.5 hours a week with core hours being Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm The company reserves the right at any time to require you to work different hours either on a temporary or permanent basis on reasonable notice.
