Every day approx people watch over the traffic flow on railway tracks. They are under the charge of approx. 100 traffic train dispatchers.. At the same time we must live up to our own standards: Replacement and modernisation of traffic control equipment, installation of new points, purchase of simulators, training for rail traffic controllers and people responsible for safety, are only parts of our safety improvement program on a broad basis.

At present, the Company cooperates with 40 schools that educate: Railway transport technicians, Railway lines and engineering structures technician Railway control system automation technician, Technician in field of electro-engineering in rail transport For over 8 years, there has been a scholarship program for the best high school students; Within the Scholarship Program PKP Polish Railway Lines S.A : pays scholarships for the most talented pupils, provides students with the possibility of internships and apprenticeship under the guidance of experienced practitioners, delegates nearly 100 employees of the Company who are teachers of vocational subjects in schools, helps schools and teachers in initiatives promoting the railway industry. 13
