I have a degree within civil engineering with specialization in Environment. I m very solution focused, analytical, result and quality oriented. I emphasizes seeing problems/solutions from different perspectives. By nature I am very proactive and positive person. I have depth mastery in supporting, in close cooperation with the Headquarter units and the local line organization, the Project and the PM with regards to the HSE & Quality issues: control, implementation and improvement of company s HSE-Q systems and policies, in order to meet the targeted results, intervening at any stage of the project with pro-active and re-active actions, in case of non-conformances and accidents, with the purpose to secure milestone results and ensure the compliance with the relevant internal and client processes, quality management rules and regulations. I have strong knowledge in managing and monitoring HSE-Q process, ensuring that standards and Plans are followed, both internally and by subcontractors / suppliers, guaranteeing, by determinate check- points, that KPIs are continuously improved. Reporting, following up and closing deviations, sharing information and result with the PM and with Headquarter units and the local line organization, making sure to involve all project team members, at any level. Always sharing with my project team members my experiences gained from others projects and similar contexts. I have excellent problem solving and initiative skills that allow me to carry out my tasks out in the field, measuring and supervising the HSE & Quality indicators as well as performing, in cooperation with client representatives, Safety Job Analysis, risk assessments, inspections, HSE-Q rounds, toolbox meetings, dedicated forums, workshops and audits in order to achieve improvements and to prevent accidents and non-conformances; stopping production, procedures, supplies and services if necessary. I investigate incidents with the purpose to identify causes and define appropriate corrective actions for the purpose of preventing recurrences and cohere with a zero-harm policy. I as well secure that necessary training (certified and documented) are planned and performed, both internally and by any relevant subcontractors, identifying the employees qualifications required. I deal with the selection, qualification, supervision and auditing of subcontractors and suppliers. Excellent leadership and international experiences, as member of international teams, have developed in me an excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially in multicultural contexts, at any levels of the Contractor, Subcontractors and Suppliers hierarchy.
