With his background in commercial litigation he also advises companies, directors, shareholders and senior employees on employment related disputes including shareholder disputes, bonus claims, wrongful dismissal and restrictive covenant litigation. Mark has been with the firm since Angela specialises in HR advice, employment disputes, unfair dismissal, discipline and grievances, discrimination, TUPE & outsourcing, and obtaining/defending injunctions. She also regularly defends complex, high value cases at the Employment Tribunal. Angela often provides training and seminars for clients and HR specialists and frequently speaks to the media. She has appeared on BBC Breakfast, BBC News, Sky News, Radio 4 and Radio 5. She supports businesses starting up in the Thames Valley through Pitmans Kickstart, regularly working with the Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce and the DiT. Jonathan s specialisms include contracts and policies, recruitment, redundancies, TUPE, data protection and restrictive covenant breaches. He is an accredited mediator and also advocates at the Employment Tribunal. Jonathan also advises on business immigration and licensing. With 15 years experience working with unions including GMB, Unite and Unison, Jonathan has a specialist understanding of unionised workplaces. Jonathan advises many clients in the hospitality sector and heads Pitmans hospitality team. 6

She also advises on TUPE transfers, family rights and management of employees in the workplace. Claire provides advice and representation in Employment Tribunals. Claire trained and qualified at the firm. Jenny provides advice on TUPE, outsourcing, re-organisations, restrictive covenants, contracts of employment/service agreements, disciplinary and capabilities, policies and procedures, family friendly rights, discrimination and settlement agreements. She regularly supports the corporate department with the employment aspects of corporate transactions. Jenny regularly delivers seminars and training sessions to employers. Rachel Mulvany Solicitor D M E rmulvany@pitmans.com Paulette White Paralegal D E pwhite@pitmans.com Rachel assists the team in all areas of employment and business immigration law, including drafting witness statements, reviewing and updating employee contracts and advising on business immigration options. As a trainee Rachel undertook a seat in employment before qualifying in August Paulette is the point of contact for new matters. As well as providing administrative support, she also assists with matters including unfair dismissal and discrimination claims, redundancy, settlement agreements, drafting and updating employment contracts, and employee handbooks. 7
