As these challenges are increasing at an alarming rate, the resources that are required to meet these needs are often hard to find. GPM s PRiSM Practitioner is a course designed to instill methods to address these needs Our one of a kind program covers the core practices and principles of project management with an emphasis on environmental, fiscal and social responsibility using a series of hands-on exercises, based on real world scenarios, adhering to the UN Global Compact s 10 Principles. PRiSM methodology also assists in considering, reviewing and monitoring compliance with internationally recognized guidelines United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDG s) ABOUT GPM Who is GPM? GPM s purpose is to be the catalyst for the evolution of the discipline of project management and to improve project delivery capability without compromising future generation s ability to meet their own needs. 3 LEARNING OBJECTIVES About the Course PRiSM Practitioner opens the topic to the benefits gained from adopting a sustainability based project delivery approach while educating the attendees in the full processes and activities required to integrate the P5 framework into their own working practices and project delivery methodologies. Participants learn how weave sustainable methods into the fabric of their projects and expand their capabilities to stretch beyond scope and deliverables to impact the five bottom lines that define the health of the organization. The aim of the PRiSM Practitioner course is to train, educate, and develop individuals in project management and sustainability to improve the management and delivery of all types of projects within the set performance, time, cost, and integration criteria throughout their own organization and to show how these changes can best be integrated into business operations and become the normal embedded practice for the organization. 4 THE METHODOLOGY PRiSM The PRiSM Methodology The Perfect Balance of ISO and Project Management. PRiSM (PRojects integrating Sustainable Methods) is our sustainability based project delivery method that incorporates tangible tools and methods to manage the balance between finite resources, social responsibility, and delivering sustainable project outcomes. It was developed for organizations to integrate project processes with sustainability initiatives to achieve business objectives while decreasing negative socio-economical and environmental impact. Our Practitioner course covers the methodology s phases as well as Project Management standards and best practices. PRiSM is based on the globally accepted standards for professional project management. These standards are the books of knowledge as they are known to project managers. PRiSM establishes a framework of considerations derived from ISO 21500, ISO 14001, ISO 26000, ISO and ISO 9001, and focuses on specific areas to integrate best practices to answer the question: "How do I apply sustainability to my projects?

6 About the GPM-b Exam The GPM-b is a 90 minute Exam, requiring candidates to attempt 150 questions. A minimum of 75% is required to pass the GPM-b Exam. The Exam is conducted in a paper-based form or electronic format at at the end of the four-day Practitioner course.
