1 Associate Trainers. Website: We are looking for experienced trainers who are able to deliver a range of training programmes on a sessional basis to young people and women around (social) enterprise, life skills and employability; nationally and potentially internationally. We are seeking trainers who: Have the flexible availability to deliver InspirEnage International signature training programmes on our behalf nationally, and potentially internationally. Are experienced in delivering training to young people and/ or disadvantaged women. Have good experience delivering skills training. Are passionate, high energy and engaging. Have the capacity to commit to delivering InspirEngage programmes over the course of the project. InspirEngage Associate Trainers have a wide range of backgrounds including part time teachers, youth workers, skills trainers, people with a drama background with an interest in our sector. Some knowledge of social enterprise would be desirable, but most important is your ability to inspire individuals from a range of backgrounds, and engage them successfully in the content of the training in a professional manner. Trainers who are based in the Midlands may be preferable, with London as second preference.

2 The Role of InspirEngage Trainers Our Associate Trainers deliver our three core programmes Social Enterprise Revolution, Primary Revolution and Startup and Stilettos through a series of our signature Bootcamps and tailored materials. All successful applicants will undergo Train the Trainer training with InspirEngage International Founder and CEO, Melody Hossaini. Trainers will receive a certificate of completion following the two-day course which we deliver free of charge. Following successful completion of the Train the Trainer course, you would become an Associate Trainer for InspirEngage, and be on our books. Depending on your availability and suitability, you can then move on to undertake various projects. We match our Associate Trainers to our projects and clients depending on the trainers experience and interest. This means that your required availability will vary depending on current and forthcoming projects. We expect our InspirEngage Associate Trainers to be able to take the lead on delivering training to our varied clients. Predominantly, our clients are educational establishments, such as colleges, universities and primary schools. Our Associate Trainers are involved in delivering a range of training, including specialist training of teachers and Non- Government Organisations.

3 InspirEngage Associate Trainers are not directly employed by InspirEngage, the relationship is very similar to freelance. Our Associate Trainers are paid a daily rate, depending on your experience and how many days training you deliver. All expenses will be covered.

4 InspirEngage Trainer - Case Study. "Hi I'm Saffron and I am an InspirEngage Trainer; delivering Social Enterprise Revolution Bootcamps for Barnet and Southgate College. It is great to be working directly with schools and their students engaging them in Modules that are informative and fun and most importantly all about bringing Social Enterprise to life! It is so rewarding seeing the students inspiring one another and getting fully involved in the challenges and competitions, which they love!" Saffron is one of our InspirEngage International Associate Trainers and she is heading up the Social Enterprise Revolution at a London college. Saffron s role includes: Delivering high energy training 1 or 2 days per month. Delivering signature InspirEngage Bootcamps. Developing and maintaining an excellent rapport with students. Acting as a liaison between InspirEngage International and the client. Contributing to on-going excellent reputation of InspirEngage projects and programmes. Each project is varied, some are only for one day, some projects run over an extended period and international projects differ in duration and intensity. We will give you as much notice as possible.
