1 PACE has a number of exciting Human Resources internship opportunities available for Macquarie students for Session1 2017! Why not complete an internship opportunity and gain credit towards your degree at the same time it s a great way to gain real industry experience before graduating!

2 DELOITTE HUMAN RESOURCES INTERN (1 POSITION) This internship position will be based at the Deloitte CBD office (255 George Street, Sydney) and will provide the successful students the opportunity to work in a corporate environment which they would potentially consider as a career. In this role the successful student will assist the Deloitte teams with attracting, engaging and mobilising the right talent at the right time as we focus on supporting business growth with the early identification of new talent. Key responsibilities: Coached to be involved within the Deloitte attraction and selection methodology Play a key role in screening candidates, helping arrange assessment centres, provide feedback to candidates Organising interviews Work within an award winning organisation with exposure to highly engaged and knowledgeable individuals in the recruitment space Be a part of a supportive and fun yet serious environment Involved in team meetings both locally and internationally Be able to work 2-3 days per week for 10 weeks with an expected commencement date of 6 March 2017 (Week 2, Session 1) Be currently studying at Macquarie University with a major in HR. You are enthusiastic self-starter with a desire to join a high performance environment focused on people. Sound computer skills (Microsoft Office suite) Be a great communicator Well-organised Be able to schedule and co-ordinate people, events and programs! Have the ability to work both autonomously and effectively within a small team Be enthusiastic and keen to learn and also have a very strong work ethic The position will be based at the Deloitte CBD Office (255 George Street Sydney). The successful students will be required to work 2-3 days per week for 10 weeks with an expected commencement date of 6 March The successful student MUST negotiate their days of work with their host supervisor upon commencing the role.
