3 Specifications Dedicated Coach With a Dedicated Coach, you will have the same person standing by your side throughout the entire year. This enables your Coach to develop a deeper understanding of your business which increases the value that he or she is able to deliver. Access to Onboarding Program Our carefully designed Onboarding Program is based on years of experience and hundreds of implementations. Our Onboarding Program is set up as a shared project that both you and your Coach will be able to access. Access to Implementation Resources Our Onboarding Program is further supported by the Implementation Resources that we ve developed. We have ready-to-use templates to announce your goal management program to your organization, as well as a Goal Management Program booklet that you can adjust for your organization and distribute to your employees in order to ensure that everyone understands what s going on and why you are doing this. Online OKR Training for all employees You will gain access to our Learning Management System (LMS) that contains a thorough OKR training for everyone who you are planning to include in your Goal Management Program. Guided Onboarding and Configuration Your Coach will work along your side to guide you through the Onboarding Program. Do you get unexpected questions from your team that you re not able to answer? No worries, you can discuss these with your Coach! Your Coach will also ensure your Perdoo account is configured accordingly. Guided Goal Management Program Design You and your Coach will work together to find the best approach for your organization. Your Coach, having overseen hundreds of implementations, can give you tailored tips and advice, and share important best practices. 3

4 Data Import (Users and Teams) To get you quickly started with our software, and to reduce the administrative overhead, we can run a data import for you so that all the users and teams will automatically be created. Account Health Check To complete your Onboarding Program, your Coach will run a Health Check for your account to make sure thatyou are set up for success! Methodology Support for All Users Perdoo is an easy to use product. Most of the questions that our Support Team receives are also methodology-related questions (most of these questions are raised during the first year). Our Support Team goes way beyond a typical Support Team and makes sure that all methodologyrelated questions that are raised by anyone in your organization will be answered quickly and thoroughly. One-on-One Training and Mentoring Throughout the year, you will have regular one-onone sessions with your Coach. The content of these sessions is up to you. Typically, customers discuss questions that they ve received from employees, but you can basically discuss all struggles and hurdles during these sessions. That s what your Coach is for. OKR & KPI Tutoring The most important part of your Goal Management Program will be the OKRs and KPIs that you will be creating. Creating good KPIs and OKRs is complicated, it s a skill that you need to develop within your organization. We will help you and your team become true Goal Experts through our OKR & KPI Tutoring! Annual Goal Management Program Review You ll learn a lot during a year. It s important to capture these learnings as they will help you improve your OKR Program going forward. Your Coach will help you capture and review your learnings, so that together you can improve your Goal Management Program for your next year! 4

5 Frequently Asked Questions Do the Coaching Programs automatically renew? No, your Coaching Program will not automatically renew. We ve designed our Coaching Programs in such a way that you usually don t need us anymore after your first year. If you do like to continue to receive these services, we are of course more than happy to continue coaching you. For your 2nd year, you don t have to buy a full Coaching Program, you will also be able to buy separate One-on-One Mentoring for Ambassadors or OKR & KPI Tutoring for Teams. What languages do you support? The Perdoo app is available in English, German, French, Spanish and Dutch. Coaching can be provided in English, Spanish and Dutch. What is the availability of the Perdoo Coaches? The entire Perdoo team is located in Berlin, Germany. The Coaching Team does work different shifts to make sure we can serve customers across different time zones. The availability of our Coaches is as follows: EMEA: 09:00am to 6:00pm CET Americas: 08:00am to 3:00pm EST 08:00am to 12:00pm PT Organizations outside of the EMEA and Americas are only able to purchase the Coaching Program. What makes Coaching different from Customer Support? Included in the price of our User Licenses is product support (i.e. product-related questions and technical assistance like help with setting up SSO). We ve learned over the years that most of the questions that we get through Intercom are, however, OKR- and KPI-related questions. Answering these questions according to the quality standards we maintain at Perdoo comes at a cost, and therefore comes at a price. Usually, most of the OKR-related questions are raised during the first year. Therefore, embedding these costs in the User License price wouldn t be fair, which is why you pay for this through our Coaching Programs. On top of that, depending on the Coaching Program that you choose, you will be assigned a (dedicated) Coach who will guide you through the onboarding and implementation, help you identify what matters most for your business and structure this as KPIs & OKRs, serve as a mentor for your Ambassador to make sure you will have a smooth implementation and be up and running in no time. 5

6 Why do I need a Coaching Program? Implementing OKR at most companies requires planning and training to be successful. Our Coaching Programs are designed to significantly increase your chances of success. We ve learned that without coaching 80% of companies report failure to implement OKR successfully within their first 12 months. Since we started providing coaching, 80% of companies we ve worked with succeeded in implementing OKR within their first year. How do I choose the right Coaching Program? Our Coaching Programs are tailored to help you get the most from OKR. For companies with an established OKR program older than 2 years, we recommend the Program. Coaching provides very minimal training and support for your OKR program and works best when you have an experienced OKR Ambassador at your organization. For organizations relatively new to OKR, we recommend the Program. This provides all the support an organization needs to become successful with OKR in 12 months. We provide training via our online Academy and regular reviews to help you keep your new OKR program on track. For large businesses and complex Goal Management Programs we offer the Program. Our Program is designed for very large organizations or customers looking for a dedicated resource to manage their OKR program for them. We provide intensive training and support for small groups via live web sessions, program design and implementation along with regular monthly checkins and reviews. What is expected of me during the Coaching Program? Customers of Perdoo are asked to appoint someone internally who will be responsible for implementing and running their Goal Management Program. We call this person the Ambassador. The Ambassador will work closely together with the Perdoo Coach, along with someone from the Executive Team. We ll make sure to transfer our knowledge and experience to the Ambassador so that you keep that knowledge in-house. It s important to realize that you will get as much out of your Coaching Program as you want to. To a certain extent, your Coach will guide you through the process. However, the more responsive and proactive you are, the more you ll get out of it. 6
