1 Board Governance and Nonprofit Best Prac2ce Checklist This tool was designed to help nonprofit organiza3ons assess their organiza3onal capacity against a number of best prac3ces recommended by the Center for Nonprofit Resources (C4NPR.org Toledo, OH). Each organiza3on will need to decide for itself what changes, if any, to make in its governance and management policies and prac3ces based on the self- assessment. to nonprofit success
