This series was designed to recognize the many contributions of this role and to provide specific skills to improve current job performance and enhance career objectives. In this advanced series, participants will learn how humans take in and process language and information and the ways language and information drive our thinking and behavior. The left brain is verbal and processes information in an analytical and sequential way, looking first at the pieces, then putting them together to get the whole. 12 Building Effective Teams Certificate Series Are you looking for a way to get new project teams up and running? With MRA s Building Effective Teams series, your teams will learn the fundamentals of collaboration, communication, and problem solving together at your location. Offered only as an onsite program in order to fit your teams, these five half-day modules give team members opportunities to learn and practice team skills and techniques as they begin real project work. This onsite series is appropriate for a variety of teams, including manufacturing work teams, executive teams, problem-solving teams, departmental and crossfunctional teams.
