We suspect things will be up and down for a while. So, the Flex side of things should be busy from client-to-client. Whenever that happens you get a great opportunity to keep your skills current. Minneapolis Ken came to Semper after a long run in the Copy Center / managed services sector and desired a way to break into the more traditional print / digital operation where the career path can be stronger, the pay higher and the firms offer the latest in high speed equipment and are willing to train. Ken stepped up from day one, and while he had to accept an off shift to crack the door, he has made himself a valuable asset and a go-to guy at this firm even though he s only been with them just 3 months. San Francisco We would like to nominate Isabel R. for Employee of the Quarter. Isabel has a great attitude and is always willing to go the extra mile, she has worked a one day assignment with less than 24 hours notice. Not only have I gotten great feedback from clients but I have personally watched her shine and give every assignment 110%. Isabel represents herself and Semper in a very professional way. 6 HRCorner Direct Deposit Do you really want to wait for the postal service to deliver you paycheck by snail-mail? Some employees have seen significant delays receiving their paychecks in the mail. However, all employees that utilize our Direct Deposit method of payment have experienced NO delay receiving their paychecks; their money is deposited Friday morning into their bank account or Paycard of choice. Just think how nice it would be to wake up Friday morning, view your pay statement on the ADP i-pay website and know that your paycheck is in the bank! The direct deposit form is available online or by contacting your Semper Account Manager. Complete the form, provide bank information (a voided check or letter from your bank/paycard company) and you will be on your way to no hassle Friday Payday! Online Pay Statements All Semper employees can self register with ADP to access weekly pay statements and up to 3 years of W2 forms online at The registration Pass Code is available from your Account Manager/ Recruiter W-2 Forms W-2 Forms have been mailed out to all 2016 employees.
