2 A MESSAGE FROM OUR PRESIDENT AND FOUNDER, RICKY MCINNIS As we approach our thirty-fifth year in business, it s important to restate the values, philosophies and principles that have guided our company s growth since It s these which have allowed us to maintain a strong and healthy presence in the commercial construction field for so many years. McInnis Construction was founded in a one-room office. From the beginning, I have striven to maintain a customer first attitude, as well as a commitment to providing top quality services at competitive prices. To that end, we believe: Our customers satisfaction is why we exist. Over the decades, McInnis Construction s capabilities have dramatically expanded from a one-room operation to an expansive team that can manage multiple multi-million dollar projects at any given time. Our team, experience, knowledge and relationships are all in place to support the driving force that has been in place since day one our commitment to ensuring our clients receive our full, undivided attention and have their expectations met and exceeded every step of the way. My personal passion for hard work and going the extra mile is something I continue to seek in every person I select for our team - whether an employee or subcontractor. Nothing is taken for granted, and no request is viewed as unexpected or inconvenient for us. It is undoubtedly this sense of commitment and personal responsibility to our clients and their projects which has allowed us to enjoy an unprecedented ration of both satisfied and repeat clients. I am proud of every single project we have completed, from the smallest to the largest. A diverse portfolio of project types, sizes and complexity is not the only testament to this commitment, but it provides the basis of expertise and knowledge we can provide on your project. We look forward to continuing our efforts to balance cost effective work with competitive pricing, and to providing the best possible general contracting and construction management services available. We welcome the opportunity to prove the McInnis Construction difference to you. Ricky McInnis President & Founder, McInnis Construction Our customers satisfaction is why we exist.
