3 Healthcare industry booming with AI set to create opportunities Healthcare industry booming The healthcare sector is a particular growth area in China, attracting private equity investors looking to capitalize on the unique Chinese market 1, as it deals with the health ramifications of the one-child policy and an aging population. Research shows that the Chinese healthcare and life sciences industry will become a USD1 trillion industry by However, there are some barriers that inhibit the growth of the Chinese healthcare system. Oncology Physician Most domestic and global pharmaceutical companies are developing oncology pipelines, so physicians with these skills are in high demand.
