TTM Talent Academy emphasizes SIMPLICITY, INNOVATION, SCALABILITY, INTEGRATION & PRECISION in Talent Management! Shares novel Insights & Methodologies to implement a comprehensive Talent Management Strategy.

7 WHO can participate? PARTICIPANTS The TTM Talent Academy is for Talent Managers. They are part of organisations seeking to make an impact with their Talent Strategy! Participants are selected and pre-qualified based on their expertise, years of experience and industry focus. Participation in the TTM Talent Academy is complimentary. Participants are responsible only for their travel and accommodation expenses.

8 HOW can I be selected? SELECTION PROCESS Pre-qualified organisations will be invited to participate in the TTM Talent Academy Interested organisations will recommend a team member to participate. Limited seats are available to participate in this journey Academy Experts will examine and approve recommended participants An agreement will be signed between the organisation and the TTM Talent Academy In case a potential delegate requests to participate in the TTM Talent Academy, the permission of his/her organisation will be requested

9 THE JOURNEY WHAT is the Academy s Programme? This CSR journey entails 3 innovative parts, designed to arm participants with valuable knowledge on new innovative Talent Management methodologies An assignment will be given to participants to take home and complete before the next part Talent Academy Graduates will be awarded the Talent Pioneer Certificate
