Government Order No.268 GAD of 2016 In the interest of administration, the Junior Scale KAS officers of 2012-(II) batch, who are presently posted in different departments in terms of the Government Order No GAD of 2013 dated read with the subsequent orders issued by the respective departments from time to time, are hereby recalled. Consequent upon the above, the services of these Junior Scale KAS officers are now placed at the disposal of the Administrative Departments, as per the details forming annexure to this Government Order. It is further ordered that: (i) These Junior Scale KAS officers shall be relieved by the respective departments immediately; (ii) such Junior Scale KAS officers, who may be presently on Earned Leave or any other kind of leave, shall immediately on expiry of the leave report to the Administrative Department at the disposal of which his/her services have been placed; and (iii) the officers appointed to the service (Junior Scale of KAS) on the basis of being resident of backward area or an area adjoining line of actual control shall be posted in their respective backward areas/areas adjoining line of actual control, as the case may be, in terms of Section 3(2) of the Jammu and Kashmir Reservation Act 2004, as amended from time to
