2 Role Area Responsibilities/Behaviours: Performance Outcomes: Payroll Processing Requirements Processing of the Aurion fortnightly payroll with approximately 400 employees including casual, full-time, part-time and salaried employees. Payroll function is processed accurately and efficiently as per agreed procedures. Upload timesheet payroll files to Aurion Ensure processing and uploading of timesheet exports from each department. Understanding of workplace agreements and award interpretation. New employee set-up and maintenance. Accurate timesheet interpretation and entry into the payroll system. Employees set up in the system for payroll processing. Remuneration reflects timesheet each payrun Maintenance of employee updates and employment changes Calculation and processing of terminations. Maintenance of leave entitlements. All changes, updates and maintenance processed and entered onto the system prior to associated payrun Maintenance of payroll allowances and deductions Processing of payroll adjustments and back-payments Maintenance of superannuation updates and statutory guidelines. Maintenance of payroll auditing requirements and approvals. Update and maintenance of employee files.

3 Payroll Administration Requirements End of year preparation Management of employee enquiries Maintain employee customer service Payment summaries are printed and mailed by Aurion by the 14 th of July. Employee pay requests are addressed in a timely and comprehensive manner. Provide employment statements of service and wage declarations. Provide payroll reporting to management and departments as required. Administration of workers compensation payments and reimbursements. Reconcile work cover payments to approved insurance payments. Provide government agency reporting Enquires are responded to within required timeframe. Monitoring award entitlements. Ensuring changes to Award entitlements are implemented in July and December as posted by Fair Work Australia Remuneration Packaging (fringe benefits) Provide ad-hoc support as required. Maintain and update benefits remuneration packaging within the payroll system for packaged employees. Completed as per requirements. Ensure relevant documentation is provided by HR and each department. Provide assistance to smart salary reporting and updates Respond to employee enquiries regarding packaging.

5 Knowledge, skills, formal qualifications & experience requirements: Essential Criteria: Strong alignment with ParaQuad values Minimum of 5 years payroll experience with use of advanced payroll systems Intermediate to advanced excel knowledge Demonstrated end-to-end payroll experience. Previous experience with workplace agreements and award interpretation Previous experience with salary sacrificing and salary packaging Attention to detail Ability to work within a team environment Highly developed communication skills written and verbal Desirable Criteria: Understanding of Salary Packaging and Salary Sacrificing; Previous experience using Aurion Employee Name: Date: Employee signature: Managers Name: Date: Managers signature:
