3 Focus on the environment SOLUTIONS 30's sustainable development policy is not new. We have consistently worked to sharpen the awareness of our personnel, suppliers and subcontractors to the imperatives of reducing waste, using energy wisely and cutting C02 emissions. In the company, our sustainability policy revolves around: Ownership by each and every one of our personnel. Oversight of subcontractors and suppliers whose business activities are likely to generate environmental impacts. Looking outwards, we focus on ensuring our suppliers and subcontractors are alert to sustainability issues and comply with: current regulations, including environmental protection laws, SOLUTIONS 30's environment policy, Our operating procedures to safeguard the environment, Our requirements as regards all personnel working on behalf of SOLUTIONS 30.

4 What we do Reducing fuel consumption: Fleet replaced with more efficient vehicles with smaller engines (90 bhp to 75 bhp) that are less fuel-hungry and cleaner, Car-pooling initiatives, Optimised call-out scheduling, rationalised dispatches and purchases by volume, Reducing CO 2 emissions: Switch to low-co 2 vehicles (< 120g/km), Technology watch to identify new lowcarbon engines, Reducing power consumption: All our personnel are mindful of energy efficiency and efforts to manage: Lights, air conditioning, PCs, photocopiers and other equipment. Efficient packaging Waste processing through accredited waste operators, in accordance with environmental regulations, Selection criteria for suppliers include compliance with waste disposal standards, Use of recycled paper, Optimised use of printed materials.

5 What we do We are using four electric vehicles for the next 4 years on behalf of our client in Orleans, BRGM: -2 electric carts to deliver mail and packages on the site. - 1 electric LCV for moving furniture and other large items. - 1 electric LCV for deliveries in the Orleans region. 8 Software to shrink paper use All our personnel are connected with access to the tools they need to minimise the use of paper for mail logs, reporting and inspection reports. All our technicians have smartphones and/or phablets to be easily reached at all times and use our tracing software. Solutions 30 has developed tracing tools, with full web access, compatible with all connected media (PC, tablet, phablet and smartphone). The software delivers full traceability of all our activities and personnel time for client reporting: SFM Expéditions: to track delivery flows: incoming and outgoing mail, parcels and registered items. Items delivered to users against signature on smartphone or tablet. SFM Services et ticketing: to track service and call-out requests (breakdown, information, contact info, etc.) and status (logging of tickets, description, closure). Service and call-outs can be traced on our employees' smartphone and completion signed for by users. SFM Contrôle: a facilities control tool to record when technicians access meeting rooms, use mail rooms, photocopiers and other facilities. The system operates with QR codes that the technicians scan with their smartphones. SFM Plan de charge: (with smartphone): geolocation workload tracking tool to record shift start and finish times in real time (assignment, duration, start/end). The tool gives the schedules for each technician individually and for the teams as a whole for efficient resource use.

9 Our social approach Employment of people with disabilities: we source supplies from specialist sheltered workshops; all Group companies and brands meet the target rate for the employment of people with disabilities. Training policy: Corporate academy, S30 School. Single occupational risk prevention policy document. Social indicators to actively monitor prevention of psychosocial risks: absenteeism, personnel turnover, as well as other metrics.

10 Our social approach SOLUTIONS 30's career development plan includes annual employee appraisals to assess technical and other skills, review achievements relative to the Group's values and to discuss career goals and objectives. Technicians and engineers are encouraged to expand their technological expertise to guarantee career development and the acquisition of new skills through both broad-based and project-specific training plans. The majority of our training is delivered through our in-house S30 school. 12 Hiring policy Solutions 30's has a tried and tested recruitment and qualification system. It provides a record of the personnel involved in particular projects. The system is open-ended with new employee profiles added an ongoing basis. Employment of older people: the Solutions 30 teams will include "senior" technicians and supervisors who will retire at the end of the project. Working in retirement: a number of early retirees eager to continue in the workforce will join our teams as "senior" technicians and/or supervisors Self employed: Approximately 10% of the Group's workforce have expressed a desire to be self-employed to continue to work part-time in new areas of opportunity
