As Coastal consultants, we pride ourselves on being dedicated to the clients we serve. Best piece of consulting advice to any client? The most successful projects on which I have consulted have involved strong support from upper management. The staff needs to know that the management team is supporting and encouraging them 100 percent during the project change process. Another piece of advice to clients is to provide adequate resources for product testing and training.
