Continue your personal and professional development and gain certification to purchase and interpret the MBTI tool by joining one of our MBTI Certification Programmes. Once certified, you will be ready to start using the MBTI instrument straight away for individual, group or team work. As with all our psychometric accreditations, your certification is valid internationally and lifelong. For both Step I and II courses participants are required to pass a multiple-choice exam after each of the modules and to participate actively in exercises designed to ensure ethical and professional use of the instrument. Qualification in Occupational Testing The British Psychological Society s (BPS) Qualification in Occupational Testing; Personality and Ability is a 4-day programme, with four (4) hours pre, and four (4) hours post course work. It is designed to enable course participants to administer, interpret and give feedback on ability tests and personality questionnaires professionally and ethically within the workplace.
