1 BANK OF BARODA Baroda corporate Center, C-26, G block, Bandra Kurla complex, Bandra (East), MUMBAI Pre-Qualification- Cum Tender Notice Bank of Baroda, Baroda Corporate Centre, Mumbai ( em.bcc@bankofbaroda.com) invites sealed tenders for Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Silent Diesel Generator set of automatic type 15 KVA rating at Mumbra Branch situated at Dist Thane, Mumbai as per the enclosed technical specification from reputed DG Set Manufacturer/authorized dealer having sufficient experience in this business. Eligible manufacturer/dealer may apply along with required and supporting documents prescribed in pre-qualification documents as Bank s guiglines. The pre qualification criterion is as under: Three similar completed works each costing not less than ` /-. Two similar completed works each costing not less than ` 1,35,000/-. One similar completed work each costing not less than ` 2,16,000/-. The terms & conditions are detailed hereunder- 1. The tenderer shall not make any correction/alteration on these documents. All rates shall be quoted (in figures & words) inclusive of all taxes and other charges. No advice or any changes in rates or conditions after submission of the tender will be entertained. 2. The tenderer must obtain for themselves, on their own responsibility and their own expenses, all information which may be necessary for the purpose of filling this tender and for entering into a contract for the execution of the work. 3. The tender document is required to be signed by the person or person submitting the tender. Conditional tender will be rejected. 4. In case of any dispute, the same shall be referred to the General Manager, (Estate Management & Security), BCC and his decision shall be final and binding on both the parties as per the provisions of Arbitration act. 5. Within 10 days of acceptance of tender, successful bidder will have to supply. Install,test & Commissioned silent generator as per bank s requirement. Bidder will have to install the generator properly and make all arrangements at their own cost for smooth and satisfactory supply of power through generator. 6. All expenses for comprehensive AMC for five years after one year warrantee/dlp period of generator shall be mentioned separately by bidder. 7. Bidder/supplier shall have to maintain functionality and health of D.G. Set during contract period (inclusive of AMC periods) 8. Bidder has to provide AMC / Guarantee / Warrantee etc.

Bank of Baroda is not bound to accept the lowest tender or any other tender and reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders either in part, without assigning any reason for the same whatsoever. 10. Liquidity Damage for Delay: Delay in completion of work/supply beyond the stipulated period will attract penalty of `1% per week of the contract amount and maximum upto 10% of the contract amount. Eligible vendors may apply submitting their detailed quotations in two BID system i.e. Technical bid as well as financial bid. Technical bid should contain details as under, Along with the bank s standard format (pre qualification document Annexure I) document, work order, performance certificate, balance sheet etc. Detailed information about generator to be provided and as per Annexure Y. Financial bid should clearly indicate the rates, charges etc. All as per technical specification of the generator shown in the tender document. EMD of ` , technical bid as well as financial bid should be sealed in three different envelopes super scribed EMD technical bid as well as financial bid on respective envelope.
