The successful candidate will be tasked with developing entirely new materials, exercises and presentations for running workshops in the province and nationally across South Africa and for mentoring a large national rollout team consisting of national government staff and PEPFAR partners. This role will need to develop and implement best practices on how to conduct workshops for training, data quality control, use of data to better manage services and software implementation protocols including change management practices for registry overhauls. 13 October 2015 Page 1 of 6 HR191

Coordinate development of guidelines with key stakeholders including the Programmes, Health Services, HAST Directorate, Information Management, IT, Strategic Information and Epi units. Provide training to HAST staff at provincial levels on the use of electronic software to facilitate management of their ART & TB services Provide training on implementing on-site quality control procedures for data capture Please note, routine and ad-hoc support to the provinces includes travel to the provinces nationally.
